Our Dental Membership Plan is designed to provide greater access to quality dental care at an affordable price.

  • First year – 1 Comprehensive Exam, 1 Periodic Oral Exam, 1 FMX, 1 Panoramic X-ray
  • Subsequent years – 2 Periodic Oral Exams, and 4 bitewing X-rays with Additional PAs
  • 1 Emergency Exam with X-rays as needed
  • 2 Dental Cleanings (absence of infection)
  • 2 Oral Cancer Screenings
  • 2 Fluoride treatments
  • Dental sealants for child included as necessary

Program Guidelines, Exclusions, and Limitations

Your first year includes the comprehensive baseline exam and a periodic exam 6 months later.  Each subsequent year allows for two periodic exams, contingent on regular attendance.  We will also take a complete set of x-rays that first time to get the most accurate picture of your current health.  Each year following, we will take checkup x-rays.  We will take a new complete set of x-rays every 5 years.
