At Off The Trace Dental we understand that not everyone has dental insurance available to them. Because of this we have developed an In-house Membership Plan. This is NOT a dental insurance plan. Our Dental Membership Plan is designed to provide greater access to quality dental care at an affordable price. We provide discounts on our fees which means you will save on routine dental cleaning, needed care, elective treatment, and emergency visit.
Your first year includes the comprehensive baseline exam and a periodic exam 6 months later. Each subsequent year allows for two periodic exams, contingent on regular attendance. We will also take a complete set of x-rays that first time to get the most accurate picture of your current health. Each year following, we will take checkup x-rays. We will take a new complete set of x-rays every 5 years.
